Shipping Policy – Key Details

Domestic Shipping

Orders that are completed and confirmed by phone by 3:00 PM are handed over to the courier on the same business day and are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.

Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

For selected metropolitan areas, same-day delivery may be available for orders placed by 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, depending on location and courier availability.

For destinations outside major cities, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

Shipping cost: fixed fee per order
Minimum order value: required for shipping to apply (shipping included above this threshold)

All domestic deliveries are handled by a reliable courier service and are available in cities, towns, and rural areas.

European & International Shipping

Shipping within Europe or outside the European Union is typically completed within 24–48 hours, depending on destination and courier conditions.

International shipping fee: fixed rate per order
Minimum order value for international deliveries: required (shipping cost not included)

For orders that exceed 1 kg or require volumetric packaging, an additional fee will apply for each extra kilogram. In such cases, our team will contact you in advance to provide an exact shipping quotation.

Returns Related to Shipped Orders

Our return policy applies to online orders delivered by courier, allowing returns within 365 days, provided the products are unused and undamaged.

Exceptions:

Consumable products
CBD oils

These items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Products purchased directly from physical retail locations or ordered online with in-store pickup / local pickup are not eligible for return.
